In September 2015, Bridgeport Capital acquired Underground Cable Systems in a transaction worth over $100m. The Bridgeport team continue to manage the existing Hawkesbridge Capital portfolio including Trippas White Group, Bulk Handling Australia and Australian Beverage Holdings. Recovre and Integrated Premises Services have both been exited.
