Geography: Head office and majority of operations located in Australia or New Zealand
Earnings: Stable historical EBITDA greater than $5 million p.a.
Industry: We invest across a range of industries including Industrials, Consumer, Health Care, Information Technology, and Financials
Management Team: A strong and experienced management team either in place or identified
Growth: We look to invest in businesses with the potential for strong future growth
Competitive Position: A clear and identifiable competitive advantage
